Product Description

The Industrial Cyclone Dust Collector for Cement Factory Dryer is an advanced reverse air bag dust removal system designed for efficient and continuous dust filtration in cement production lines, steel smelting, power plants, and other heavy industries.

This system combines cyclone separation technology with reverse air bag filtration, achieving superior dust collection efficiency while maintaining stable airflow and long service life. The air enters the lower cylinder and rotates along the tangential direction. Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, large dust particles are separated and settle down into the ash hopper, while finer dust is captured by the high-performance filter bags. Clean air is then discharged through the outlet pipe.

The mechanical rotary reverse blower dust collector ensures low resistance (<120 Pa), high filtration efficiency (>99%), and a dust concentration of less than 10 mg/m³. This makes it ideal for use in cement plants, chemical factories, and metal processing facilities requiring continuous, low-emission dust control.

Each model is equipped with a durable fan system (7.5-55 kW), customizable dimensions, and a vibration cleaning mechanism to ensure stable operation and easy maintenance. Customization options are available according to your industrial environment and air volume requirements.
