Product Description

The core working principle of the silo top dust collector involves two main processes: filtration and dust removal. Dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the air inlet, where fine dust particles are captured on the outer wall of the filter bag. The purified gas is then discharged through the outlet of the upper chamber.

Over time, accumulated dust on the filter bag surface reduces permeability and increases resistance. To maintain optimal operation, the pulse controller activates electromagnetic pulse valves sequentially, injecting compressed air through blowpipes. This causes rapid expansion and contraction of filter bags, effectively removing adhered dust.
