The system operates through fan gravity effect. Welding smoke and exhaust gases enter through the universal suction hood, passing through a flame arrester that blocks sparks. The soot gas then enters the settlement chamber where coarse dust particles fall directly into the hopper due to gravity and upward airflow.
Smaller smoke and dust particles are captured on the cartridge's outer surface. Clean gas flows through the filter element into the clean room, meeting discharge standards before exiting through the outlet. This process achieves 99.97% purification efficiency.
